How many dates before you find sex to be appropriate?

So some people like to get it in on the first date, while others like to wait until they are married. What are your thoughts on when sex is acceptable for people who have recently began dating?

It depends on the persons. I have done it on the first date and those relationships never really last anything beyond that. Right now I really like this one person and we have been out on 4 dates and I wont even hold her hand just to make her think about me and why I am not showing any romantic interest towards her
